A major bank wanted its people to move past AI awareness and generate real use cases for the business.

What we did

A 2026 programme in one engagement: eight days of AI training (Introduction to AI, then Advanced AI), four days of Blockchain training, and three coaching sessions. Teams split into groups and built.
